Infant Room
A safe and quiet place for your baby to grow, our infant room is equipped with cribs, colorful toys, a diaper changing area, and food supplies.
We offer finger foods and simple toys to encourage infants’ emerging fine-motor skills and instinct to walk.
Toddler Room
Our toddler rooms offer age-appropriate toys for children to practice walking and fine-motor skills. The young toddler room has the same level of sanitation as the infant room, ensuring a safe environment for children to grow. The older toddler room serves as a meeting room in the morning for all age groups’ to gather, providing children exposure to an extensive social environment.
Preschool Room
Our preschool rooms are places for children to further develop their language skills, recognition abilities, and a wider spectrum of knowledge.
Dramatic playing amenities in these rooms are assigned with specific rules that help your child develop social and learning skills.
Playground
Our outdoor playground is on a small natural hill that allows kids to challenge their mobility skills. The ground is covered with safety turf to minimize potential injuries. We cover sharp edges with foam materials and the ground is clear of any harmful objects. If weather permits, children enjoy outdoor activities in the morning and afternoon.
Kitchen
Our Jamaica Plain campus serves a morning and afternoon snack. We change our menu regularly to ensure a nutritious diet, and keep track of each child’s dietary needs, including allergies, supplements, and medicines.
Car: South Huntington Ave to the main entrance of the Jamaica Plain Veterans' Hospital. Go in the entrance and turn right at the end. Go straight into the parking lot to Building 9, the brick building straight ahead. Call upon your arrival to gain entrance.
Subway: Green line to Heath St. Walk up South Huntington Ave past the main hospital entrance and turn left at the next opening (a parking lot). Building 9 will be to the right.
Bus: #39 to the parking lot just south of the main entrance to the Veteran's Hospital. Go into the parking lot. Building 9 is on the right.
