Our Food Program

With close attention to the nutrition and flavors of the food, we design our weekly morning and afternoon snacks with a variety of proteins, veggies, fruits, and dairy. For children with allergies or specific eating habits, we offer alternative food options or allow parents to provide children with their own food.

  • We offer one or two components from each category to serve the children.

  • Children with allergies or dietary restrictions receive appropriate alternatives.

  • Yogurt cup will be offered daily as an alternative. 

  • On rare occasions, we may have to switch menus due to unavailable supplies, cooking appliances, etc. We will only switch items from the current week.

Morning Snack

  • Milk: We have whole milk, 0% fat milk

  • Fruits: Apple, banana, peaches, cantaloupe, oranges

  • Bread/Grain: Cereal, whole grain waffles, whole grain bread, whole grain bagels​​​​​​​

  • ​​​​​​​Extra Component: Yogurt

Afternoon Snack

  • Snack: ​​​​Cottage cheese, chickpeas, whole grain crackers, mixed Cheerios, animal crackers, hummus

  • Fruit: fruit cocktail, apple, banana

  • Extra component: water, milk
